So even though I can prove it was a mistake with Dollskill invoices I've received nothing. I have order numbers and ups invoices as proof and evidence which I have sent to customer service. Therefore Dollskill have taken my money yet I don't have my order nor do I have a partial refund on overpaid ups charge due to Dollskill mistakes attaching invoices to both orders that were over DOUBLE the actual order value. It's added extra stress really making me feel unwell. I'm 18 and the money I spent was a gift from my grandmother as I'd not been feeling well. The 240 pounds for second order never redelivered and the excess 75ish pounds customs charge I overpaid on initial order. Therefore I'm owed around 325 pounds which I can't seem to get back via refund or store credit □□ x I think I now have around 60/70 saved emails trying to get this sorted to no avail. I have the initial reply asking for information but even when I provide all information and evidence requested there is no further reply. Ups have not redelivered my order, nor can I seem to get anywhere with Dollskill customer service. Customs charges are determined by order value and both invoices attached to my orders were more than double actual order value □ Please note. To my shock the previous order I had placed with a value of 138 had an invoice attached for 388! Another mistake! That's why it incurred the 122 ups charge! Again I've been trying for weeks to get a partial refund on ups charge as if invoice was correct? Charge wouldn't have been so high. the one with a 122 ups charge I'd already paid. Order was placed a month ago.Īfter realising the invoice attached to my 240 order was incorrect at 600 thus incurring a huge fee, I decided to check the previous ups invoice. Placed another order with Dollskill for 240gbp, when ups tried to deliver they wanted a 187 pounds customs duty charge. So I placed an order with Dollskill 138 gbp, was delivered by ups pending a 122 GBP customs charge which I paid. DOLLS KILL SHOES FULLI have spent the full morning upset as i'm down so much money with no costume and no one replying to me. Not only that I am getting no response from the customer service team when I have sent multiple ranging from annoyed to furious to see what's happening with my order so I can go on to spend more money else where for a costume for my birthday/ halloween party due to poor service and terrible sizing. I went on to see what was happening with my order and still hasn't been dispatched? Keeping in mind my first order took seven days to get here after being dispatched so after spending over £100 to get a halloween costume it looks like it won't be here on time. I paid extra for delivery within 3-5 days - which was on the 14th, which would make this the 8th working day. Placed an order for 2 halloween costumes, due to poor sizing, as many customers have complained about in the reviews I had to send them back and processed a new order which an advisor kindly helped me to do so using my store credit, I returned the package which cost me £20 and got an email today to say I had to pay £30 more.
